2.) Please complete the payment within 24 hours after registration, otherwise the system will cancel the reservation automatically.

3.) All class booking must be made via online booking system 2 days in advance.
所以課堂預約須於兩天前透過網上報名平台完成。
4.) Make-up class arrangement:
補堂安排:
a. Sick leave
病假
- Make-up class will be arranged upon presentation of the doctor certificate and $50 administration fee will be waived
- No make-up class will be arranged without the doctor certificate
- 能夠提交醫生紙作證明，可豁免行政費用並設補堂。
- 不能夠提交醫生紙作證明，恕未能提供補堂。
b. Personal Reason
私人理由
- Minimum 3 days prior notice is necessary for rescheduling the class and $50 administration fee will be charged
- No make-up class will be arranged for less than 3 days prior notice
- 於原定課堂日子3天前提出 (轉堂日子需為套票使用限期內)，需繳交行政費用$50用並設補堂。
- 未有於原定課堂日子3天前提出通知，不獲補堂。
c. Bad weather (Outdoor Class)
室外場而遇上惡劣天氣
- Class at Mei Foo will be transferred to Kwai Fong. If the student refuse to transfer, the class will be cancelled and no make-up class will be arranged
- Class at Tseung Kwan O, Po Kong Village or Fanling will be cancelled and make-up class can be arranged.
- 美孚會轉去葵芳場地上堂, 如果學生不同意轉場地，會取消課堂，不獲補堂。
- 將軍澳,蒲崗村,粉嶺會直接取消課堂，設有補堂
5.) Bad weather policy:
天雨及惡劣天氣安排如下:
- General weather conditions (Raining),or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.1: Depends on weather conditions and will notify 1.5 hours before classes begin. If the original venue fails to continue the class due to raining issue, HKSA will arrange the class to other covered venues.
- 一般天雨情況及一號颱風訊號：視乎天氣情況而定，將於上課前1.5小時作個別通知。如因天雨引致原定場地未能如常上上課，本學院將安排課堂於其他有蓋場地進行。
- Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 or above, or Yellow, Red and Black Rainstorm Signal: All classes will cancel and re-schedule of make-up classes will be advised accordingly.
- 黃色/紅色/黑色暴雨警告及三號或以上颱風訊號: 當天所有課堂取消，稍後將通知有關補堂安排。
- All classes cancelled due to inclement weather will be re-scheduled for make-up classes but no refund will be given.
- 因惡劣天氣而取消的課堂將會另行通知補堂安排，但不設退款。
6.) Hong Kong Skateboarding Academy Ltd. (“HKSA”) reserves the right to change the instructor without individual notice.
本學院有權更換導師而不作個別通知。
7.) You must wear helmet within the class, pads or other protective equipment can be according to personal needs.
上課時必須要佩戴保護頭盔, 其他保護裝備可以按個人需要佩戴。
8.) You must comply with the instructions of coach(s) and rules of skate park.
必須遵守教練的指示及滑板場使用守則。
9.) You should aware of your physical conditions and consider the suitability of having the skateboarding class.
請注意個人的身體狀況，並考慮是否適合上課。
10.) Any accidents resulting in physical injury in class, HKSA will not bear any legal responsibilities.
如遇任何意外以致身體損傷，本學院將不負任何法律責任。
11.) HKSA reserves the right to recording and shooting within the class and own the copyright on these videos and photos. You grant the permission and consent to HKSA on utilizing your appearance, videos and photos for publicity on all media.
本學院有權於課堂中錄影及攝影，並對該照片及影片等資料擁有著作權。參加者願意授權及同意本學院在不需要審查及另外同意的情況下，可使用參加者的肖像及與其有關的照片及影片等資料於任何媒體上作推廣之用。
12.) Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualified to continue the class.
如未能遵守本條款及細則，本學院有權取消其上課資格。
